@Gingerlatte Fillable PDF's are complicated, so I doubt there is a WP plugin which can dynamically create the PDF for you.

@Viper007Bond Note: It doesn't matter what order you specify the classes in the HTML, it's only the order in the CSS file that matters.

@Viper007Bond Yep, specify two classes at once. The one which is lower in the CSS order will over-ride the higher one.
